Early, our private transportation will pick you up at your hotel between 4:00 and 4:30 a.m. To begin our adventure to the southeast of the city of Cusco.

We will visit Tinki, a small and friendly town where we will rest for a few minutes then will continue the bus ride for 45 minutes to Pacchanta, a community of beautiful landscapes. The journey from the city of Cusco at this point is approximately 3 hours.

In Pacchanta we will have breakfast to increase the energy and we will be ready to begin the walk, in the company of the guide you will know the geographic history of the lagoons that are near the mountains Ausangate and Qayangate (journey of 4 hours).

If you are lucky, you can see some Andean animals such as condors, wild cats, foxes, skunks, huallatas, partridges, deer or vizcachas near the road. Before arriving at Vinicunca (10 minutes away) there is a detour that leads to the viewpoint of the Red Valley, a unique destination covered by a reddish mantle where travelers usually take photographs or videos.

The lagoons are Azulcocha, Otorongo, Pucacocha 1, Pucacocha 2, Yanacocha, Alqacocha, and Q’omercocham. During the tour you will appreciate a variety of birds, alpacas, llamas, vizcachas and if you are lucky a Condor.

Concluding the long walk, you will return to the community of Pacchanta to enjoy a gratifying and delicious lunch prepared with Andean ingredients.

Then you can relax in the hot springs that the community offers to visitors, and it is recommended to do it to relieve the contraction of tense muscles.
